I've been here since last March and Im happy to say this was the right move. I worked with Nancy who did everything should could to get me a unit within the timeframe I needed, she was always available when I called (even answering on a day off) and answered all my questions. The neighbors are friendly and there are frequent community events like a community free flea market where neighbors can exchange or give away furniture they no longer have a use for and its relatively quiet on weekends. I have only had one maintenance request since I moved in but maintenance was on property within the hour and fixed it, cleaning up after themselves and having no further issues. My familys birthdays are always greeted with candy and a kind card so I do get the feeling and sense of community. As for things I wish were improved: In unit laundry was unavailable during my move in, which is inconvenient. The on property laundry building is rarely overpacked but it does create an additional cost with laundry. Navigating the apartments can be confusing for delivery drivers or new tennants, packages are often dropped off to the wrong locations from Amazon etc, and while not marked "One way" certain roads definitely require one way traffic for optimal travel. As a whole, my move in was pleasant and the last six months have been very enjoyable here. I like my neighbors, I like the proximity to shopping centers and work, and I like that when I need the maintenance or office staff they are readily available.

The apartment complex is quiet and located in a nice area, it’s close to a lot of shopping centers! Nancy was helpful throughout the whole process very friendly and understanding. The apartment is very spacious and nice. I appreciate Nancy for making my transition smooth as possible!

Nancy is an absolute gem. She went above and beyond when I was asking questions and looking at the apartment prior to move in. Overall the complex is quiet and very well kept. I’ll update after 6mo and a full year. But so far I have been here just under 4 mo and genuinely enjoy it.

Something needs to be done about this child riding his electric bike all over the complex where people walk and small children playing.  I have notified the office and sent an email to the corporate office and nothing has been done.  I guess they are waiting for an accident and lawyers to be involved before something is done. I need to know why my inspection rate went up to 125 and others that just got their paper work is still 100 it seems like the municipal would start at the beginning of the year so the increase would effect everyone across the board,I don't think they would make the adjustment according to the market rate

Tried for 3 successive summers to have bedroom AC repaired Used fans until current heat wave is too dangerous without AC So I slept on dining room floor nearer working kitchen AC I am an almost 80 year old Vietnam Vet with disabilities who had a request for fro Handicap Parking space denied This place has it’s own customs
